Beer Bread

Kids, this bread is excellent. And it’s ready in a flash with no kneading or rising or anything. And it is delicious. The beer taste definitely comes through so choose your beer with that in mind. And the better the beer, the better the bread.
Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
½ cup oats
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 ½ cup beer (not stout, mustn’t be flat)
Easy-peasy directions
Preheat oven to 200°C. Grease a loaf pan. In a large bowl whisk together dry ingredients. Add beer and fold ingredients just until the mixture is moistened. DO NOT OVER-MIX. Bake in lower third of oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
