Introducing Finn

A few weeks ago I decided that I wanted to get Ben a doll to help prepare him for the arrival of the new baby. Then, while surfing the internet, I came across the website for Bamboletta dolls. I remembered having seen these dolls a while ago, but at that time I had no need for a doll.  I took a look around the site and decided that although they are a bit expensive, a Bamboletta doll would be perfect. The dolls are all handmade out of natural materials and you can customize each doll to get the perfect doll for your child.

Since each doll is handmade though, there is a bit of a wait time once you place your order. I was worried the doll might not be ready before the new baby’s arrival so I decided to try emailing emailing Christina, the creator of Bamboletta dolls. I wrote and explained the situation and she immediately replied saying she had the perfect doll for Ben.

And today the perfect doll, Finn, arrived. He is unspeakably cute and I can’t wait for Ben to meet him. I hope they will be great friends. There were a few other surprises in the box as well. Christina also sent a lovely card, a chocolate bar for me, and a soft doll for the new baby!! Everything was beautifully wrapped and it felt like I was receiving a present from a good friend.
